I am abroad and my debit card is blocked, although working for the last 2 weeks. I do not have access to international phone, nor have I done on line banking. I have my card information, ss #, but do not have my account number with me. Why am I blocked? I notified my bank of my location and when I will return. Please help me get this sorted. Thank you Jan Costelloe
