The standard daily ATM Visa/Debit Card limits are listed in the Personal and Business Deposit Account Agreements. Funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request. For standard daily withdrawal limits for your TD Bank Visa Debit Card, please check our Personal Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pages 43-44).
Also, since you mentioned you're in Europe, if you haven't done so already, we recommend placing travel notes on your account so you don't run into any acceptance issues if you use you ATM/Debit Card. To do so, you may contact us from abroad by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or call collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, from a land line phone.
You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
