From your message, we're not sure how long you've been living in your current location. In order to open an account with us either online or via phone, you'll need to be able to provide us with a valid US address (for the online option, this address must be within our footprint on the East coast), valid US identification and a US Social Security number. If you have these items, feel free to reach us by phone from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
