Thank you for your interest in a loan with TD, Sasha. We'd be glad to discuss how they work!
TD Bank in the U.S. does not offer student or education loans specifically; however, funds received from certain loan types are able to be used for educational purposes. To review these loan options with us, we recommend giving us a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or visit us at any TD Store. Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.). You are able to review our TD Stores and their hours by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Since you will be attending school in Canada, to determine if TD Canada Trust has any lending options available that you may qualify for, we recommend reaching out to them for clarification. You are able to contact our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Our Canadian friends will be glad to answer any questions you have!
You are also able to reach out to a Representative at TD Canada Trust directly for help. To take a look at their contact options please visit here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
Thank you for reaching out, Sasha. We wish you the best of luck in the upcoming semester!
