Thank you for connecting with us here on TD Helps Dayeong. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties with your TD Debit Card and not being able to reach us via phone. We would be more than happy to provide you with some tips and other ways to connect with us.
We always recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account(s) prior to your travels. We'd also like to invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu for some beneficial travel tips while overseas.
We understand you've had trouble calling us and want to take this opportunity to let you know that when calling 1-215-569-0518, you must use a land line with operator assistance. Another number to reach us is 1-856-751-9000. When calling, please keep in mind, the US country code is 1-011. Feel free to try to connect with us anytime as our Banking Specialists are available 24/7.
If you are still experiencing difficulties reaching us via the telephone, we recommend sending us a secure message by logging on to your TD Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Once you've successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your online account(s).
To send a secure message, select the "Customer Service" tab and click on the "Send a Message" link located under the "Message Center" section. For the "Subject" field, please select "General Customer Service" for both requests. In the Comments/Request field, please provide a detailed message regarding your issue. Once your message has been received, our Specialist will review your account and you will receive a follow-up e-mail via your TD Online Banking within 24 hours.
Additionally, we would also like to mention that when trying to process your transaction, it is important to keep in mind that there are certain limitations on your ATM/Debit Card. For more information on the daily limits of your TD Debit Card, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pg. 39 & 40 – Under "Visa Debit Card Limits").
Hope this helps Dayeong. Let us know if you have any further questions.
