I am attempting err tempting to make an online purchase and am being told to enter a valid credit card number.

To start, we recommend verifying that all information has been entered correctly, including the expiration date and CVC code on the back of the card. If you have confirmed that the merchant has all of your debit card information correct, please give us a call at 888-751-9000. There could be an error with the website itself or potentially a protective block on your debit card causing the issue.
