Thanks for joining us, David. We'd be happy to help you check your balance.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. Please visit here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log into your account. After you log in, you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account name to view recent activity.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can help too! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit Card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a Debit Card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you may visit your local TD Bank Store when you're back in the area. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once enrolled in Online Banking for either a personal account or business, you are able to enroll in Mobile Banking if you have a smart phone! Take a look here http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H to download the Mobile Banking app for your personal account or here http://bit.ly/YVa4y6 to download the app for your business account. The app uses the same user name and password that you use for your Online Banking and you are able to check balances, make transfers and more! If you have any trouble with the App, feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
Please note, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24/7 by calling the number listed above and following the automated prompts. You will need your account number or your Debit Card number in order to use the automated system. If you have any trouble, you are able to press 0 at any time to be connected to a Banking Specialist.
We hope you find this information useful, David and have a good afternoon.
