If you're having difficulties accessing your Online Banking, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after account verification, we would be happy to assist you. If you are unable to contact us via phone, you can always visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a location near you.
If you're referring to logging into tdcardservices.com, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.

If your debit card was declined, we kindly ask that you give us a call at 888-751-9000, so that a Banking Specialist can review the account with you. Our Specialists are available to assist 24/7. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store to speak with a Representative. To view our Store locations and hours, please click this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
