Thanks for stopping by TD Helps tonight, Robert! We'll be glad to assist you in switching to paperless statements.
We'd like to begin by stating that switching to online statements is quick and easy! If you're already enrolled in Online Banking, sign into your account and select the account(s) that you'd like to edit. Once you've selected the account, then select the tab labeled "Account Details." Towards the bottom of the page it will say "Online Statements Only" with a "Yes" or "No" next to it. If it says no you can select the option to "Change Settings" which will allow you to enroll for paperless statements. Since you mentioned you have more than one account, we recommend going through this process for both of your accounts for confirmation.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We certainly hope this helps you, Robert and enjoy the rest of your night!
