Thank you for joining us the TD Helps community, Juan. We're happy to help you get the assistance you need.
We apologize to hear about any possibility of unauthorized charges on your account. If this has occurred, typically we are able to file a claim on your behalf. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs.
To review the items in question and begin the claim process if possible, you are more than welcome to call one of our Banking Specialists about the charges, who are available 24/7. When calling from anywhere outside the United States, please dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line). At that time, they'll be able to review the unauthorized activity which occurred, and better advise you. If you prefer, we're also able to assist you at any nearby TD Bank location during lobby hours. Feel free to check out: http://go.td.com/TDStores to locate your closest Store and hours they're available. When you get in touch with us, we'll be able to advise you about the time frame on your dispute as well.
Prior to your visit or call, please ensure that the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "Pending" status. Kindly note that we're able to open a claim once transactions are posted.
We are always here to help, Juan. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
