Good evening, Anthony! We understand how important convenience is for your payments, we are happy to provide you with options for scheduling your payments.
The easiest way to make a payment to your home loan principal is to give one of our Financial Solutions Group Specialists a call. For your convenience, we're available 24/7 at 800-937-5020. Please select Option 1 if you're calling in reference to your mortgage, and have your account or Social Security number ready. When calling, we'll be glad to accept your principal payment by transfer from one of your TD Bank deposit accounts, such as a checking or savings, or you're welcome to use your account with another financial institution as the payment account. In that instance, please have your account and routing number from that bank available to make the payment.
If you're already in the process of making your monthly mortgage payments online, or via another method such as Bill Pay, you're welcome to make the additional principal payment via any standard method of your choice. Once it's complete, please give us a call at the number mentioned above to have the extra funds applied to the account principal.
Otherwise, to make a principal payment you're also able to visit any TD Bank Store near you. Please find a listing of our closest Stores at: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Thanks for checking in with us, Anthony and we appreciate your comments! We hope the information provided here helps you.
