It sounds as if you were hoping to change your address, and we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you may need in order to do so!
If you were looking to change your address for a personal account, such as a Checking or a Savings account, the first, and most convenient way to do so, would be to contact us directly. Banking Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are available at 1-888-751-9000. After account verification, they'll be more than happy to help you perform your address change request. It's important to note that your account will have to have been open for at least 30 days for this request to be completed by phone.
Another option you have would be to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours. We invite you to take a look at the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location, and once there, a Customer Service Representative will be happy to complete this request for you.
Your final option would be to send a Secure Message via your Online Banking. To do so, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking, which you may do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have not yet enrolled, don't worry! You're able to do so by clicking the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and a valid email address.
Once you have logged in, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see the 'Message Center'. From here, you may click 'Send a Secure Message', and under the Subject line, you'll want to select 'Change Mailing Address'. After following the prompts, you'll be able to send your message.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a Secure Message. After you have logged in with the app, simply select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Specialists typically respond within 24 hours.
