Thank you so much to reaching out to us here at TD Helps, Tamila. We apologize for any confusion and would be glad to provide you with some options for your account.
Depending on the type of account you have, a daily minimum balance requirement may be needed to avoid a maintenance fee. A monthly maintenance fee is assessed any time your account balance falls below the required minimum balance during your statement cycle. The fee will be assessed on the last day of the statement cycle.
You may wish to review the types of Checking Accounts we currently offer here: http://bit.ly/1f9fEn9, and our Savings Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1l6nLQ7. If you're able to locate the type of account you currently have, you're welcome to review the requirements needed. We also invite you to check out our Account Selector Tools, which can provide recommendations based on your account needs. For Checking accounts, please visit: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU, and for Savings accounts, use this link: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd. For more information on our Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you prefer, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative, who can review your account requirements with you, and make other recommendations. If you find another account which suits your needs, you'll be happy to know that we can change the product type for you without changing your account number or Visa Debit/ATM card number. Please note that a checking account can be changed to another checking account type, and a savings to another savings account only. Additionally, please feel free to stop by your local TD Store for further assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
We hope this has helped answer your questions today, Tamila!
