My account status change to Deposit only, I believed because I haven't had any transactions for few years. I asked my friend who worked at TD before, he said this is call Dormant status which I might need to deposit money to my account and see if they can activate the account to normal status again. I called my branch in Toronto, ellesmere rd., bank manager was not helpful, with bad attitude, I will be having an large amount of money approx. CAD10K will be transferring to this account every 2 months starting now, I need to access to my account online remotely while I m in Hong Kong.
