In reply to Bassema, Singapore
We're sorry to hear that you've encountered acceptance issues while overseas, Bassema. We'd be glad to help.
Often times, acceptance issues occur due to the lack of a Travel Notification for your account. Being that you are already away, you are able to call us 24/7 from Singapore by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 from a landline telephone with operator assistance. Once speaking with a Representative, they would be glad to add a Travel Notification as well as determine the cause of your acceptance issues.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." Please be sure to include the specific dates of your trip as well as the difficulty you're encountering.
If this is in regards to your TD Credit Card, we ask that you contact them directly for assistance. You are able to call them 24/7 from overseas by dialing 706-644-3266.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
