Thanks for coming to us here on TD Helps, Inn Estrella! We'll be happy to go over ways to check your balance.
One of the easiest ways to check your balance is through online banking. You're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and enter your User Name and Password to check your account balance. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled and logged in, you can view your account balance.
Once you're using our Online Banking, you may also check your balance via our Mobile App. Click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for information on how to download the app. We also invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L for a list of Frequently Asked Questions that you may find useful as well.
We also welcome you to give a Banking Specialist a call anytime, 24/7. Since you are abroad, please dial 856-751-9000, or call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone to 215-569-0518. If you need any assistance signing up for Online or Mobile Banking, they can also assist with those features during your call, and you'll be able to use these going forward while you're away.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions!
