that there were restrictions on my card. However, I was able to withdraw money from the same ATM only 2 days ago. Can some please please let me know how to reverse t these restrictions so that I may be able to take out more money for my trip. I don't fly out until the 13th and I need for money. I am currently travelling in Asia and I had tried to withdraw money from an ATM earlier today but the transaction was cancelled stating that there were restrictions on my card. However, I was able to withdraw money from the same ATM only 2 days ago. Can some please please let me know how to reverse these restrictions so that I may be able to take out more money for my trip. I don't fly out until the 13th and I need for money.

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble performing transactions with your Debit Card, and we'll be happy to help.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as if you may have a temporary block on your Debit Card as you are currently traveling out of the country. Here at TD Bank, we take the security of our Customer's very seriously, and should a transaction occur that we believe may be suspicious, we may temporarily block your debit card until we are able to speak with you directly to confirm if the transaction in question was actually performed by you. Because of this, we always recommend contacting us before you travel so that we can notate your account and avoid any disruption issues.
As it does sound like your Debit Card has a temporary block, you may contact us directly so that we can further assist you. Our Banking Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000. As you are currently out of the country, you can also call collect from any landline phone, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
