If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking for your TD Bank accounts and wish to have one or more accounts removed from your website, you can certainly do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, they will be more than happy to assist you upon proper account verification. You may also visit your local TD Bank store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you were inquiring about your mother's online access, we'd also be happy to provide some general info as well. As you stated that you have a joint account with her, so when she accesses her online banking, your joint account will be listed on her online profile. If she agrees to remove your joint account from her online profile, she can also feel free to contact us at the same methods listed above for immediate assistance.
