i am doing a report on banks around my town and i was wondering what you do with accounts that have not been used and are also overdrawn at the same time.

Generally speaking, TD Customer may overdraw their account by up to $5 per day without being charged a fee. If their negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day, we will charge them for each transaction that overdraws their account, up to 5 overdraft fees per day.
