Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Kathleen. We'd like to assist you in making your online payment.
To make an online payment we recommend first making a transfer from your line of credit into your checking or savings account, then make the payment out of your account. Because a Line of Credit account may be handled differently than a standard Checking account, making an online payment directly from your line of credit may result in an error and your payment may not go through.
You can make a transfer at a TD Store, over the phone 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or through TD Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a dedicated Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up! If you prefer, you can visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours to speak with a Representative. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
If you do not have a checking or savings account at TD Bank, you can transfer or deposit a check into an account at the financial institution you use. Feel free to contact the financial institution for options they may offer.
We hope you find this information helpful and enjoy the rest of your day!
