We are glad you came to TD Helps with your Online Banking difficulties, John.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as this is considered an unsecured forum.
When using the self-service tool to reset your password, it does ask you for your Social Security number (SSN). As you mentioned, you are English therefore you do not have a Social Security number, to better assist you in resetting your password you may contact us from England by dialing (856)-751-9000 or you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. After account verification, we would be more than happy to help get you back up and running.
We hope this helps and have a wonderful day!
