I have been enrolled in online banking for my TD accounts for several years. I've had a credit card account for a few months but didn't use it until this week. Since I've used my credit card, I can see that my available credit balance is lower, but I can't view any other information about my credit card account. It says there is no available statement history and when I click on the online statements option, my other accounts show up, but not my credit card account. Why can I not see any information about my credit card statement? If I'm not able to view my credit card statement online, how do I find out where the paper statement is set to mail to?

We understand your concern, Alison. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that though you are able to view your credit card account via Online Banking, we do offer an online platform specifically for TD credit cards.
You are able to enroll here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You'll need your 16 digits Credit Card account number, your name, date of birth, zip code, home phone number, your Card Security Code, and your mother's maiden name or Security Word you chose at the time of your application to complete the enrollment process.
If you're unable to enroll, or if you're missing any of the required information, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
If you prefer, you may also stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area, during normal lobby hours for assistance. To find out TD Store locations and hours near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're enrolled, you are able to schedule payments, view statements and more!
We hope this clears things up, Alison and have good day.
