Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Carol.
To best assist you, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we'd be happy to help. If you prefer speaking with us in person, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. To find a TD Bank near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, you also have the option of sending us a secure message requesting to add the Estate Account to your Online Banking profile. Please note, this request can only be done by the Executor/Administrator of the Estate account. If you are the Executor/Administrator of the account, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center" after you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
Please keep in mind, if the Estate has recently been opened, it may take 1-2 business days before it becomes available on your Online Banking profile.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
