I am expecting a bill payement to be deducted from my account. The previous time this happened LATE in the day, can I expect the same each time?

Thanks for submitting you Bill Pay inquiry, James. We will be sure to provide you with some information today.
The funds will be deducted from your account if and when the payee cashes the check if the payment is processed via paper check.
