Hi Lisa, we're glad to see you on TD Helps and we hope you're doing well!
If you'd like to have your direct deposit made to your savings account, the process is the same as for a checking account. However, please be sure that your employer is aware that the account is a savings, as this can affect the routing of the deposit.
Please note that routing numbers are based on the state where you originally opened your account. If you know the routing number for your checking account and your savings was opened in the same location, you'll be able to use the same number. For a list of our routing numbers by state, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you are unsure of the location or State your account was opened in, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll be happy to provide you with your routing number. You are always welcome to visit us at a TD Bank store near you to get this information as well; please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores for our location finder.
In addition, if it is helpful for you, please find a Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. Once completed, his form can be presented to your employer to begin your direct deposit. The form is also available at any of our Stores.
We hope this helps, Lisa! Enjoy the rest of your day.
