I am trying to transfer funds between my savings and checking account. I recently (=a couple days ago) did this with no problems from my same laptop; but this morning I am getting a "please enter an amount using the number keypad" message when I try to transfer funds. For whatever reason, the numbers I input from my laptop (which does *not* have a separate numeric keypad--only the top number / symbol keys) are not accepted. How can I get around this? I prefer the convenience of online transfers and don't know why this formerly-working feature stopped working.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a transfer, Rebecca and we'd be happy to help.
One of the most common errors when transferring funds is transfers not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys to make your transfer. For example, if you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas or dollar signs when entering in the amount you would like to transfer.
If you continue to have trouble, we ask that you contact us directly for help. Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists will be glad to help troubleshoot the issue you're having.
We hope this helps, Rebecca and have a good day.
