When i order the goods and trying to pay from my debit card.
I am not able to pay.
I got the massage
"sorry, we currently cannot process your order
due to your account activities, the process can not be continued"

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Sumitra. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making purchases, but we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Depending on the situation, your debit card may have declined in this case for a couple reasons. Since the merchant is overseas, this may have caused an issue with your purchase, or if you have traveled to that area, we may need a travel notification on file. Because TD Helps is not considered a secured forum and we cannot review your account from here, we ask that you contact us directly so that we may further assist you with determining why your card may not be working. To do so, you are able to contact us, 24/7, by dialing 888-751-9000. If you are currently traveling abroad, you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
In addition, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To do so, first log in to your TD Bank online profile by using the link provided here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see the option to send a secure message located in the 'Message Center.' Once your message has been sent, an Email Specialists will be sure to answer your concerns in a timely manner.
