Welcome to TD Helps, Carmela.
You'll be happy to know that you may use your TD Bank debit card internationally! Before you travel, we do ask that you inform us of your travel. You may notify us of your travel by calling us, or sending us a secure message.
You may call us directly at 888-751-9000, or if you are currently overseas, at (856)-751-9000, and collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. If you decide to send us a secure message, please include the dates in which you are traveling, as well as your destination.
We recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips, please visit this page: http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
Please be advised that when you use a non-TD ATM, fees may apply. We encourage you to click here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg to view our personal fee schedule.
Feel free to let us know if there is anything additional we can do to assist you, Carmela. We hope you have a safe and fun trip!
