Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Lynda. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
We apologize, as we no longer offer Traveler's Checks. TD Bank customers may purchase TD Bank Visa Gift Cards.
The TD Bank Visa Gift Card is FREE and can be purchased by direct debit from any of your TD Bank Checking or Savings accounts. Our gift cards are available in denominations from $25.00 to $500.00. It can be used anywhere VISA is accepted, even outside the United States. The Gift Card is intended to be used like a credit card. Please note that it does not come with a PIN, and therefore won't be able to be used as a debit or to withdrawal cash from an ATM. You may purchase TD Bank Gifts Cards at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're unable to use US Dollars in Thailand, you'll be glad to know that you may also purchase foreign currency at your local TD Store!
