We appreciate you reaching out to us on TD Helps, Nance.
Since you're having trouble logging in, we suggest first to ensure that your "Caps Lock" key is in the right position as your online banking Password is case-sensitive; though your user name is not. If this doesn't work, and you're not certain of your password, we do recommend resetting it by selecting "Trouble Logging In" beneath the password field. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you still experience difficulty, that's okay, our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 to assist you with your online account. You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2. If you prefer to sit with a Representative, you may visit your nearest TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For Store hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps and have an amazing day!
