Good morning, Aleris! We apologize to hear about any troubles logging in to your online account but we'll be sure to provide some options for you today.
First, before making any changes to your online account, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your login credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is in the correct position.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you know your User Name, you may reset your Password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type, enter your user name and last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If your account has been locked or you do not recall your user name, please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They will be able to assist you in resetting your account access.
