I use my card online all the time, 2 weeks ago I paid a PECO bill now suddenly twice I've encountered a problem where an online page doesn't read my card. I have money in my account. Please help me.

TD Visa debit card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted, including online purchases. As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. However, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.

Upon account verification, a Banking Specialist will be able to determine the cause of the decline and assist you further over the phone. Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile.
