I have misplaced my online user name and password. Do I need to come into a bank to change it. I can't seem to find anyway of doing it on line

While you are welcome to visit your local TD location for assistance with your Online Banking user name and password, it's not mandatory. If you'd prefer, feel free to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be happy to provide you with your user name and reset the password.
