Please know that statements for your account will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. If you need to update your address, you are able to do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or while you're signed in online.
You are able to log in to Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
To change your address, telephone number(s) or email address online, you may follow the steps below:
1. Click on the "Customer Service" tab, located on the top of your screen.
2. Click on "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address".
3. Change the necessary information and click "Send".
An email representative will contact you with confirmation once the change has been processed.
If you have any trouble making this update, feel free to call us using the number mentioned above.
In regard to obtaining a debit card, we ask that you contact us directly so we may order you one. You are able to call us using the number mentioned above or send us a secure message while logged in online.
