Our Representatives will be happy to not only place a Travel Notification but assist you with your Debit Card.
You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking by logging in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you choose to send a Secure Message, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable. You may also send us a message in regard to your Debit Card.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly, however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account or personal information. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We hope this helps, Julie. Please enjoy your weekend, and happy holidays.
