I called TD last week as I could not access my card either by making purchases or withdrawing money. My husband and I have a joint chequing and savings accounts and I have another personal account. TD apologized and said it wouldn't happen again to me as I explained I would be in the States for a few more months. Obviously, the problem was not fixed and I cannot use my card again. It has been embarassing, frustrating and time consuming.
