We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps this morning, Elvira. We hope we can provide you with a few options to access your funds while in Arizona.
Although TD Bank Stores are currently located on the East Coast and we do not have any partner banks in the Arizona area, please keep in mind that you'll be able to make an ATM withdrawal using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card or TD ATM Card, even if you're not near a TD ATM. Our debit cards can be used at any ATM which accepts the Visa or NYCE networks, and ATM-only cards can also be used on the NYCE network. Search for these logos on a local ATM to make your withdrawal.
We understand that you may be inquiring about the location of our ATMs in order to avoid a fee. Please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash back on debit card purchases at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa debit card, when making your purchase please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash.
We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, by phone with a Representative at 888-751-9000 or by using our Self Service Phone Line at 800-YES-2000. If you're not yet enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, ATM/debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
TD Bank does offer several account options which rebate your non-TD ATM fees. To see if you will be affected by ATM fees, please check out these links for further details: http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO and http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for these fees and non-TD ATM fees if you make your withdrawal from any of these account types: TD Premier Checking, TD Relationship Checking, TD Relationship Savings, and Private Banking accounts. To find your account type you can review your account via your Online Banking as mentioned above. Or if you'd like, feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7. They can review your account type and provide any additional suggestions tailored to your accounts to avoid ATM fees.
We hope we've assisted you today, Elvira! Feel free to reply on TD Helps with other questions and take care.
