i am in Brazil i am try to go in my account in td Bank but they say service interruption ,and i ask the Bank if i could use my card Visa deb card but is not work.

In order to regain access to both your online account and debit card, we ask that you reach out to us directly. You are able to reach us from outside of the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone.
Once speaking with a Specialist, they would be glad to help you log in again and figure out why your debit card is not working at this time.
