As you know, the use of any TD ATM is free of charge for our Customers, and the use of a non-TD ATM results in a usage fee. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, at this time TD Bank does not partner with any other financial institutions to have this fee waived; however, there are some account types that may waive the fee automatically.
We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule, which you may find here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg to view more information in regard to which accounts may waive this fee.
If your account does not waive non-TD ATM fees, and you would like to change your account type to one of the accounts that does, there are a few ways in which you may do so.
Your first option would be to contact us, 24/7, by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, a Banking Specialist would be happy to assist in changing your account type. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We'd also like to take a moment to remind you that you may ask for cash back from your purchases, free of charge. When you process your Debit Card for a purchase, select the offer to receive cash back at businesses that offer this option.
