I am in California. Are you affiliated with any bank so i can draw cash from an atm without large fees?

Thanks for your question, Joyce. We'd be glad to help.
Presently, TD Bank does not have an arrangement with other US Banks ATMs. However, we can offer some suggestions to avoid non-TD ATM fees:
Using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card instead of cash; it is safer, linked to rewards, and most merchants will accept it even for smaller purchases.
Getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee.
There are TD accounts that waive non-TD ATM fees. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you would like to update your account type, we ask that you contact us directly. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Joyce. Have a good day.
