Thanks for bringing your question to us on TD Helps, Hannah. You have the option to transfer funds from your TD Bank account to family or friends, to do this you may use our Person-to-Person feature. This feature is located under the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab via your Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking you may contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Representatives would be able to enroll you so you may use Person-to-Person transfers. Once logged in, you may add contacts to your list, please click on the "Contacts" link located beneath the "PopMoney" word. For the information on External Transfer and PopMoney Payments Services Terms and Conditions, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically Pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and Amounts). In regards to your debit card, you may request a new one in a variety of ways. You can contact Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a card to be mailed to your address on file or when you return, you can stop into a TD Store location. For hours and locations near you take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Finally, you may send a secure message via Online Banking to request a new card. You can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the post office. We hope you find this information helpful and have a great day!
