Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Ira. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your debit card, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please understand that as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we are unable to discuss your account specific information. We ask that you contact our Banking Specialists, available 24/7, at 888-751-9000. As you have stated that you are currently in Mexico, you may also contact us by calling Collect, with operator assistance, from any landline phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you are unable to call, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through your Online Banking, if you are already enrolled. To send a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left-hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
We hope this helps, Ira, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
