Whether you are travelling or unable to visit us during lobby hours to obtain a new TD Debit card immediately, no worries as we have other options available to you. Your first option is to contact us directly at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after your account has been verified, we'd be happy to help with your request. You also have the option of sending your request via secured message by logging onto your TD Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us at the same number listed above and speak with our Banking Specialists. In your message, please be sure to include the information below: Your account number Your name Address to where the card should be mailed Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express? If the card is being sent to an alternative address, please also include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.” Additionally, you also have the option of sending us a fax request. Please include the same information listed above for the secured message in your fax request. Please also be sure to sign your request and fax it to our Team at 856-533-1138. If your new TD Debit Card is being mailed to an address within the US, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for arrival. Please note, your card will be sent in a white envelope for security purposes. We hope this helps and please let us know should you have any other questions.
