Thank you for writing into TD Helps, Amy! We're sorry to hear that your debit card isn't working properly and we'd like to provide some guidance for you while you're abroad.
To determine why your debit card has stopped working, you would need to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. Please reach out to us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able find out why your debit card is blocked.
You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
