Great question, Linda! Thanks for stopping by today and we appreciate the chance to help you with your Online Banking.
You'll be glad to learn that you have a couple options to view your US account online! First, since you mentioned that you're Canadian, to set up your online banking account for your US accounts you can call us anytime day or night at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, who can enroll your account during your call. If you prefer, you can also stop in at any TD Bank Store in your locale in Florida for assistance. Feel free to take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores to find one nearest you.
Please note that in order to use our online enrollment found here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you'll need your TD US account number, your ATM or Visa Debit card number, and a valid email address. If you have all of these items but don't have a US Social Security number, you'll still be able to use this option to enroll. After clicking the link, please select "Personal" from the drop down box and accept the Personal Online User Agreement on the next page. Then, you'll be directed to a page asking you to fill in your personal information. Beneath the portion that asks for a Social Security number, select the box beneath to confirm that you do not have one. After you fill in the rest of your personal information and submit it, you will then be taken to the next page that thanks you for applying for Online Banking. Within the next two business days, you will receive further instructions via email.
Second, if you also bank with TD Canada Trust and have an EasyWeb account, you also have the option to view your TD Bank US account together on the same screen with your TD Canada Trust account. Both accounts would be able to be viewed via your EasyWeb access. If you're not currently using Online Banking for your account with TD Canada Trust and would like to, please find some assistance here: http://bit.ly/1tGNma6, where our counterpart Elijah in Canada has provided some instructions to get you started.
To make this happen, you may submit this request in person by vising a TD Bank US location or a TD Canada Trust location. Since you're in Florida at this time, you can find a TD Bank US location near you at our Location Finder listed above. Or, if you prefer, you may also contact our Cross Border Banking Team anytime it's convenient for you, 24/7 for assistance. Please reach them at 877-700-2913 and use Option 2. They'll be happy to assist you in linking your accounts during your call.
Thanks again for your question, Linda. We hope this has been helpful and that we'll speak with you soon! Take care.
