We'd be happy to help, Barbara!
To change your PIN on a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please call our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861. They should be able to get this changed for you.
If you're using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card, please give our 24 hour Customer Service Team a call at 888-751-9000. From outside of the United States, you may be unable to call the 888 number. If this is the case, please use country code 011 and call 856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. We can reset your failed attempts so you can try again.
You can also send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
As we see you've written in that you're from Toronto, we want to provide you with instruction for contacting TD Canada Trust. You may pose your question to TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. To contact a representative directly, please click here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR. From the drop down menu select the department you're trying to reach, whether it be for banking or credit cards and a phone number will be provided to you. We're certain they'll be able to help with your PIN.
We hope this info helps you access your account, Barbara. Enjoy your time in Great Britain!
