We appreciate the visit to TD Helps, Rajendra. We are happy to help with instructions on how to obtain statements.
For your convenience, you may obtain your previous statements online (Online statements are available from April, 2010 up to previous statement cycle). To view and print your previous statements, please first access your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please click on the account name, on the next screen, please click on Statements Tab.
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
Other options would be contacting our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or sending us a secure online message to request your statement copies. Please note; we are unable to speak with your consultant unless he or she is a joint owner on your account and we can only mail the statements copies to your address on file. To send a secured message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message please be sure to provide the dates of the Statements you are requesting.
To contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Noticing that you entered Mississauga as your location, just in case you are referring to your TD Canada Trust Account, our friends across the border had a great conversation outlining the steps you'd need to obtain your statements. Take a look here to see what Chris said: http://bit.ly/1wCzD2e.
Also, our friends in Canada can assist you further if you have any other questions. Check out their page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr.
We hope the information provided helps, Rajendra. We wish your mom a speedy recovery!
