How can you send the new card to me in India ASAP?

We're sorry to hear that your debit card isn’t working, Ferina. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction today.
You are able to request a new debit card by contacting our Banking Specialists directly. As you mentioned that you are outside of the U.S. at this time, you are able to reach us from overseas 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. After speaking with a Specialist they will be glad to place a request for a new card for you.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
