Hi there Lisa,
We sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing your funds in Italy right now. We know this can be frustrating so we'd like to offer a few suggestions.
First please note that when traveling, we always advise for you to provide us with the dates and destinations of your trip in advance so we can notate your account. If you did let us know ahead of time, it's still possible that our automated advanced fraud early warning systems may have blocked your card use until we are able to verify the account activity with you, for your account security.
To determine why your card is not working now, we would need to review the account with you. A convenient way to contact us while you are out of the country is to send us a Secure Message from within your Online Banking account. You can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and then visit the Customer Service tab. Please find the Send a Message link in the left column and message us with your concerns. We recommend including your travel dates and destination(s) in your message if you didn't provide that yet, so we can notate your account at the same time.
If you don't have online access right now for any reason, you're also welcome to reach one of our Banking Specialists for assistance, 24/7. From outside the United States, please reach us on 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. The US country code is 1-011.
If this happens to be regarding your TD Visa Credit Card, you may reach TD Card Services from outside the US by dialing collect at 706-644-3266.
We hope this helps you get your card back up and running, Lisa.
Best of luck and enjoy the rest of your stay in Italy!
