To review the reasons for your Credit Card declines further, we would need to connect with you. Once you are able to call us, you can contact our Credit Card department while you're outside the United States 24/7 by dialing 706-644-3266. You can also reach us collect 24/7 with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
